The location is amazing . Clean and quiet. The room was great and large and so clean The staff are great helpful especially Chalani and Dilini

Food is not wow . It doesn't even fit a 2 stars hotel . They can add more kinds of food and make it more delicious And also as a Muslim dont eat pork, they must make signs in front of it . And also its too expensive if you order a separated meal

The staff at Club Palm Bay exceeded our expectations in every aspect. They were always willing to go above and beyond to help us out and make us feel very welcome. We cannot thank them enough for such an enjoyable stay. The hotel has so many wonderful activities like golf, basketball, swimming and tennis. There was always something to keep you entertained. The hotel provides a very relaxing environment.

The location was nice.

First they misplaced our bags which were later found after a lot of searching. Upon entering the room, I found a pillow on the bed had a lot of stains and dirt marks. Took about 20 minutes to change all of the pillow cases. There was a 3rd extra bed in the room that was simply taking up room and wasn’t moved out of the room. Since we had along drive to get to the hotel, we ordered room service in the afternoon, as soon as we checked into the room. As the food wasn’t delivered to the room after about 45 minutes I called room service and was placed on hold for about 5 minutes and then a staff member spoke and asked me to repeat my order. After telling him what I ordered, he said that it’s ready and the food was on its way to the room. 20 later still no food. I then called both the room service and front desk extensions multiple times but no answer. While I was having to use the bed side phone on multiple times I noted the the bed side lamps were covered in a layer of thick bust. I then took a picture of the dusty lamp and walked all the way to the front desk. I explained the situation, had to repeat the order and asked then to sort it out and to send someone to clean the room. After getting back to the room, about 15 later I get a call to the room asking me to repeat the order AGAIN!! The staff member that called said that it will take move time to prepare the order which was just 3 item that included a soft drink... hmmm... absolutely shocking. I then had to leave the hotel and eat at a restaurant about 15 minutes away from the hotel. About 20 minutes after I got back to the hotel, 2 staff members came to clean the room. Then after another 15 minutes a manager came to my room to speak to me. After we discussed the total lack of service and standards experienced by me and my guest, the manager apologized and left. The following morning we left the hotel after having a early breakfast as we did not want to stay at this hotel anymore.

Excellent location for a family vacation.Hotel environment is very good . Landscaping is excellent. All the buffet meals are excellent.Front office and all other staff giving very good service.Check in and out was very fast .Very good hotel near beach.This was my second occasion for last six month period .We will come back.

Rooma are very big and have enough space. Wash room walso very clean and large. Foods are really delicious. Room service was very quick.

Swimming pool was very dirty and crows also inside the pool. Pool boys are not helpful and they clean around the pool by using pool water and wash into the pool. Lizards and cockroaches are inside the room. They put an uncomfortable plastic bands to our hands at the time of checking and we have to where it untill the checkout. It's really uncomfortable and they should improve another way to identify the guests without hurting them. Refrigerator was not cooling in our room. Lightning is not enough in the room.

Hotel is located in very beautiful place. There is a really nice and good maintained garden. Also many people can use pool area simultaneously and many more activities. There is a delicious food and more varieties.

Friendly helpful staff who tried to provide maximum service. Provided dinner buffet and breakfast buffet even though there were only few guests. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Large area, lot of facilities, large pool and spacious rooms. The hotel location was easily accessible and the location was relaxing with lush green mangrove and the beach nearby. All in all value for money and a comfortable stay in a big hotel even though it is little old.

First of all they should get rid of the bands they put on our hands. If they really want they should really provide bands which can be removable. Its a weird feeling to go to bed with a band in your hand. Its irritating and uncomfortable to wear it during the whole time and sometimes the plastic band can cause cuts. They should try to keep the pool area clean from crows.

Everything was awesome and beyond expectation. We stayed with Half Board. Dinner and breakfast had a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly. As we were only there for one night, we didn't get to use all the facilities but the pool is nice and large, and while we were there, no one else was using it :)

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms.

I spent 2 days here with my family and it was so amazing. What a lovely hotel, felt so relaxed and kid loved it too. This is the best ones i have ever stayed in Sri Lanka so far. The food, the room, the view and the services, they were perfect! The staff, they were so kindly and helpfull. Two thumbs up for a staff named Ishanta. He is so humble and friendly. He assisted us playing table pool but refused the tip and said that was his job. What a well manner. And i will never forget when the staff surprised me with a homemade birthday cake and fireworks at dinner. Cannot wait to visit this hotel soon. Thank you Club Palm Bay!

The hotel has a big lagoon and good coconut forest and have good sighting. The swiming pool is nice.

The service is not good when we arrived let us waiting long time and must have a hand ring which is meaning to seperate us to other full service persons. There was a party whit so big noise till 11.30pm and till I called the service dest that finished. The breakfast is taste bad and not have enough kind food for foreigners. When we get into the room there were two geckoes welcome us oh my god!

They have very large pool area also kids pool area is so big comparing to many other locations and food was really delicious.staff also very kind and polite

bathroom shower is over the tub and personally I preferred a separate shower
